The Dominion Home Sales
A YEAR IN REVIEW
The Dominion neighborhood continues to grow in size with the number of homes sold hitting an all time record of 121 units closed in 2020. Sales prices and price per square foot have increased in 2020 over 2019. This has been a consistent trend for the past decade. We are predicting this trend will continue throughout 2021. Mortgage rates and the Dominion inventory are at an all-time low with only 36 available homes for sale. We typically see 80 plus homes for sale in the neighborhood! Buyer demand is at an all-time high. This makes an excellent environment for sellers to sell their home for the highest market values in the least amount of time.
